CA: Discussed with PIC to utilize ice bath to ensure cold-holding and proper cooling of TCS items at prep-top cooler - all items were placed at PTC this morning under 4 hours from WIC. Out of temperature items were swapped out or place on ice for proper cooling. Also utilize ice bath to combat active activity at PTC.
