Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(o) - medicines, restriction & storage (p, pf)
Observed a bottle of liquid medication stored on shelving rack above a bulk container of seasoning. Advised PIC medicines that are in a food service establishment for the employees shall be labeled with a legible manufacturer's label and located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles. COS: PIC placed bottle of liquid medication in office.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(m) - outer openings protected (c)
Observed visible light entry at the front door of the establishment. Advised PIC that all outer openings shall be protected against the entry of pests and rodents by solid self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Advised PIC to place sealant, weatherstrip on front door.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(1)(a) - indoor materials (c)
Observed absorbent ceiling tiles at the food storage area near cooler units. Advised PIC ceiling tiles shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable and nonabsorbent for areas subject to moisture such as, walk-in refrigerators, ware washing areas, toilet rooms, mobile food service unit servicing areas, and areas subject to flushing or spray cleaning methods. Advised PIC to replace ceiling tiles with nonabsorbent ceiling tiles.
