Observed Tea nozzle at front service tea dispenser with build-up and in need of cleaning. Advised to clean. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be kept clean.

Observed container of savory white gravy stored on floor in rear dry storage area. COS: PIC moved to shelf. CA: Store food items minimum of 6 inches off floor.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed door of walk in freezer in poor repair. Leak was pooling onto floor due to cooler not latching. Advised to repair. CA: Equipment shall be kept in good repair.

Observed floors, walls, and coving near fryers under work table with heavy buildup and in need of deep cleaning. Also observed floors and coving near 3-compartment sink in need of cleaning. CA: Floors walls and coving shall be kept clean.
