Observed no allergen poster posted in public view. The permit holder shall notify consumers by written notification of the presence of major food allergens as an ingredient in unpackaged food items that are served or sold to the consumer.

Observed pizza sauce stored on the floor in the dry storage area in the main kitchen. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food at least 6 inches above the floor.

Observed TCS foods at the salad bar cold holding above 41F. Advised PIC TCS foods shall cold hold at 41F or below. Advised to re-locate to walk in cooler.

Observed pink mold-like substance on food contact surface on ice machine panel. Advised PIC that equipment food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred. Advised to increase cleaning frequency of interior portion of ice machine.

Observed food contact surfaces of multiple pizza pans stored as clean with black residue. Advised PIC that all food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch.

During time of inspection, observed multiple chemical bottles not labeled with common name. Advised working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. COS: PIC labeled multiple chemical bottles with its common name.

Observed multiple chemical bottles stored directly above multiple sheet pans. Advised PIC poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles. This requirement does not apply to equipment and utensil cleaners and sanitizers that are stored in ware-washing areas for availability and convenience if the materials are stored to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. COS: PIC moved multiple chemical bottles away from sheet pans.

Upon arrival, observed most recent inspection report not posted in public view. Advised PIC that the most recent inspection report shall be prominently displayed and posted in public view at all times.
