Observed buoy rope not long enough. COS: rope was replaced.
Re-inspection
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(17) - (17) a minimum of one rinse shower shall be provided on the pool deck of all public pools and spas. water used for rinse showers may be at ambient temperature.
No deck shower present. Must have deck shower. CPO notified HOA, and a written plan of action has been submitted. Shower and water fountain will be installed prior to memorial day, if pool will then be closed until work completed.
No water fountain located on site. Written plan to install by memroial day has been submitted
Permit/Opening
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(3)(h) - (h) depth markers number and letters shall be tile and four inches minimum in height. numbers shall be of contrasting color to the background on which they are applied.
Upon arrival, observed "no diving" tile marker not installed at each depth marker. Advised CPO/PIC that all depth markers shall have a "no diving " tile marker permanently installed on the pool deck in at least 4 inch lettering.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.08(6) - (6) all piping shall be marked with directional arrows as necessary to determine flow direction. all piping in the equipment room shall be permanently identified by its use and the pool and or aquatic feature it serves.
During time of inspection, observed piping in the pump room not marked with directional arrows. Advised CPO/PIC all piping shall be marked with directional arrows as necessary to determine flow direction. COS: PIC placed directional arrows on all piping in the pump room.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.06(1)(f) - (f) the deck, including coping, shall have a minimum four feet width of continuous, unobstructed walking area maintained at all times unless otherwise allowed in the chapter.

Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(13)(c) - (c) a sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy.
