Upon arrival, observed handsink in back of kitchen obstructed by box. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. COS: Had food employee relocate box.

Observed non-food contact surface of multiple coffee trays with debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
