Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed soda nozzles with build up and in need of cleaning. Also observed microwave in main kitchen with buildup and in need of cleaning. COS: PIC cleaned and sanitized items. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be kept clean.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(m) - outer openings protected (c)
Observed visible light at bottom of back door. Advised to repair so there is no visible lights. CA: Keep outer openings protected.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed employee drinks in front service counter next to sauces and observed employee drink on counter at grill prep. COS: PIC moved to designated area. CA: Keep employee personal belongings in designated area.
