Observed 2 employees drinking in the main kitchen from a disposable cup without a lid or straw. Advised PIC that employees shall drink from a disposable cup with a lid and straw. COS: employees discarded drink.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(c) - handwashing sinks, installation (pf, c)
Observed multiple handwash sinks in the main kitchen and bar with a water temperature of less than 85 degrees F.A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. COS: Hot water was restored to handwash sinks to reach 85 degrees F.
4-2A - food stored covered

Observed ice bin lid of the bulk ice machine filled with ice open while not in use. Advised PIC that all food, except when cooling, shall be covered. CPS: PIC closed ice bin lid in the main kitchen.

Observed leak and handle of hand sink #2 in the main kitchen in disrepair. Also observed handle of hand sink #1 in the main kitchen in disrepair. Advised PIC that a plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair according to law. Advised PIC to repair handle of hand sinks in the main kitchen.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned

Observed toilet tissue not supplied in the men's restroom. Advised PIC that toilet tissue shall be supplied at the restrooms at all times. Advised PIC to supply men's restrooms with toilet tissue.
