Observed food worker washing/rinsing a soup pot in kitchen hand sink. Corrective action (CA): Hand sinks are to be used for no purpose other than handwashing.

Multiple foods (raw beef, shrimp) stored uncovered in back make table; plates of sprouts stored uncovered & stacked on top of each other under front make table. CA: All foods must be covered in storage unless in active cooling. Person in charge (PIC) covered all foods.

Scoop handles touching food in multiple containers of tea flavoring powder. PIC removed scoop handles from food.
