Chicken wings in walk-in cooler (WIC) did not meet second stage cooling. Corrective action (CA): All time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods must meet 2-stage cooling parameters. Person in charge (PIC) discarded out of temperature foods.

Right side make table has excess water pooling on bottom shelf.
