Low chlorine concentration measured in dish washer during rinse cycle. CA: Maintain chlorine concentration at 50-100ppm chlorine. COS- Manager changed setting on dish washer from off to on pump for sanitizer dispensing. Sanitizer concentration verified with test strip.

Spray bottle of chemical cleanser stored on top of pizza make table. CA: Chemical cleanser storage shall be below and separate from establishment F.U.E.L.S. COS- Manager moved spray bottle to approved chemical storage area.
