Observed drying rack storing clean dishes stored beneath soap and hand sanitizer dispensers in back kitchen area.
Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by:

Separating the poisonous or toxic materials by spacing or partitioning; P and

Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles. This requirement does not apply to equipment and utensil cleaners and sanitizers that are stored in warewashing areas for availability and convenience if the materials are stored to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. Observed missing ceiling tiles around hot water heater. All physical facilities must be maintained in good repair. Must replace missing tiles.

Entire kitchen is in need of deep cleaning. There is significant food and debris build-up beneath conveyer oven, steamers, coolers, and prep tables. All equipment must be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned. Kitchen area is also in general need of organization.
