Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Observed no paper towels in stock at handwashing sink. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:

Individual, disposable towels; Pf

A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; Pf

A heated-air hand drying device; Pf or
-
A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
Must obtain paper towels asap.
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed no written procedure for norovirus clean up on file at facility during time of inspection. A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. Quat sanitizer currently at facility is effective against norovirus. Must obtain written procedure and list quat as sanitizer.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed exposed concrete on floor near handwashing sink. Also observed wall under window to the left of the reach in cooler in disrepair. Physical facilityv must be maintained in good repair. Must fix.
