Observed foods prepared onsite such as salads and sandwiches not date marked. COS by writing the dates. Must use with in 7 days including the day of preparation. COS by writing dates.

Observed yogurt stored past expiration date. Expired on August 30th, 2025. COS by discarding.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed personal foods stored along with the customers food. Must store personal foods in a designated area away from food and food contact surfaces.
