Observed hot water exceeding 120 in rooms 530 (121F), 522 (124F), 431 (121F), 321 (122F), 315 (123F), 301 (122F)

RCA: Hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F

Observed the following floors with build up on ice machine baffles: 5th, 4th, 2nd and 1st

Observed hot water exceeding 120 in rooms 322 (124F), 427 (125F), 539 (122F).

RCA: Hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F

Observed staining on beds, bedding, and linens in the following rooms:

537: Staining on mattress 327: Staining on comforter 225: Staining on comforter 102: Staining on top sheet and mattress cover; hair on mattress cover

RCA: 511-6-2-.14(6): Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Previous inspection report was not properly displayed.

RCA: 511-6-2-.05(7): The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away

Observed hot water temperature exceeding 120F in rooms: 204 (125F), 233 (122F), 309 (125F), 407 (127F), 425 (124F), 509 (125F), 529 (122F).

CA: In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120 degrees F

Observed the A/C unit in room 509 to be leaking water onto the carpet in the room. Water had spread from the unit to almost the middle of the room.

CA: Room shall be locked and unable to rent until the unit is repaired and the carpet has been cleaned and dried from all moisture. Floor area will need to be checked for potential mold and mildew. Carpet shall be replaced if necessary. Manager shall contact health authority to clear room before opening it for guest occupancy.

All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed staining to the linens in rooms: 204- stains to the fitted sheet. 223, 425, 448- stain to the pillow and mattress cover. 228, 529- stains to the mattress, cover and comforter. 309- stains to the comforter and pillowcase. 335- stains on mattress cover. 341- stains on mattress cover and comforter. 407- stains on the comforter.

CA: Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Observed damaged to the wall in room 204. There appeared to be a hole that was covered with wallpaper.

CA: Wall shall be repaired as soon as possible. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed bed in room 101 without a mattress covering or pad. Observed staining to the linens (comforters) in rooms 103, 313, 427, 518, and 528.
