-Observed no sanitizer available in sani-buckets or in dishwasher. PIC observed both bulk containers were empty and replaced immediately. PIC was unable to get dish-washer to pull sanitizer. To utilize three compartment sink until repairs are made. Educated PIC on monitoring and maintaining proper sanitizer levels for both chlorine and quat sanitizer. Test strips were available for both.
