Observed handwashing sink to be without paper towels. COS: PIC placed a bundle of paper towels for hand drying provisions.

Observed frozen packs of pork(diced), and beef thawing out on 2cd shelf of prep cart. COS: PIC placed above meats back in reach-in freezer due to cooking from a thawing state.
