RCA: CFSM documentation shall be renewed. CA: A CFSM certificate which has expired, been revoked or suspended shall not be posted in the food service establishment.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Observed no hand drying provisions at hand sink. RCA: Paper towels shall be placed at hand sink until paper towel dispenser is refilled and operating. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with drying provisions.
