When the inspector reviewed the chemical it was identified as an degreaser. Inspector reviewed the sanitizer that is used for the 3 compartment sink and sanitizer buckets and observed it does not kill norovirus. PIC showed inspector another chemical that she thought may be helpful. Inspector observed that it also did not kill norovirus. CA: Informed PIC that establishment would need to get a chemical that would kill norovirus in the event they have a vomiting or diarrheal event.
