RCA: Told PIC that they need to have paper towels and soap at hand wash sink at all times. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel.

RCA: Told PIC that they need to have chlorine test strips available to monitor sanitizer levels. Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
