Observed greens/lettuce stored next to raw beef in reach in cooler in grill area. Observed raw shrimp, raw steak, and partially cooked cut steak stored above cut veggies in reach in drawer in grill area. Observed raw chicken stored in back of reach in area in front of cooked chicken in pull out drawer. Observed shelled eggs stored above packaged queso in walk in cooler. COS: PIC properly separated RTE and raw food items.
