Observed both hand sinks to not have any type of hand drying provision.
COS: PIC provided paper towels for the hand sinks.

Observed the front hand sink to not have any hand soap available.
COS: PIC provided soap for the hand sink.

Observed a bottle of cheese inside of a reach in cooler to have a build up of a mold like substance, and to not have any date marking label. Item is assumed to have been left from the previous owners and not discarded.
COS: PIC discarded the cheese and bottle.

Observed a build up of a mold like substance on the racks inside of a reach in unit. Observed a build up of a mold like substance inside the bottom of a second reach in cooler.
COS: PIC had the cleaner refocus their efforts to the coolers.
