OBSERVED ACCUMULATION OF FOOD DEBRIS ON CLEAN PLATES AND OBSERVED DIRTY DISHES STORED ABOVE CLEAN DISHES. CA: EQUIPMENT FOOD CONTACT SURFACES AND UTENSILS SHALL BE CLEANED AT ANY TIME DURING THE OPERATION WHEN CONTAMINATION MAY HAVE OCCURED.
