OBSERVED SEVERAL TCS ITEMS IN PREP TOP COOLER HELD ABOVE 41 DEGREES WITH NO TPH PROCEDURE. CA: PIC DISCARDED AND REPLACED ITEMS. CB: PIC WILL HAVE ALL TPH ITEMS MARKED AND START RECORDEING A LOG TO KEEP TRACK WITHIN 24 HOURS.
