Observed reach in cooler: Raw shelled eggs beside cooked soup, raw chicken liver above cheese, raw sausage beside raw chicken, raw bacon above deli turkey, raw bacon beside raw ground beef.

Observed items below 135F on self serve buffet including: okra 117F, sliced potatoes 89F, rice 115F, collard greens 123F. PIC discarded items.

Observed multiple items in the freezer and reach in coolers stored without proper labels and date markings./All TCS foods must be marked with dates and identifying labels.
