Observed cream cheese in an ice bath near the register temping at 74 degrees F. COS The cream cheese was discarded

Observed a food handler chewing gum while in the kitchen. COS The manager had the food handler get rid of her gum

Observed an abundance of ice in the hand washing sink where ice had been dumped.

Observed potato salad in the reach in cooler and mac & cheese in the walk-in cooler without a prep/discard date.

Observed an employee phone stored on the prep table in the kitchen
