At time of inspection, the handrail is loose. CPO states she will have Maintenance tighten the handrail.

At time of inspection, the pH registered at 8.3 (pH must be within range of 7.2-7.8). The pool is being covered today and will remain closed until next season, per CPO.

At beginning of inspection, the emergency phone was not operating properly (there was a dial tone, but the phone would not dial - the phone has no buttons and is designed to dial 911 when the receiver is picked up). COS: Management installed a spare phone and it is capable of dialing 911 (tested to confirm). Operating permit issued.
