At time of inspection, the hot water temperature registered at 135 degrees F in both rooms inspected. COS: PIC lowered the thermostat on the hot water heater, to ensure that the hot water temperature does not exceed 120 degrees F

At time of inspection, the facility does not have any records of the gas-fired equipment inspection (for the dryer and hot water heater). POC: PIC has contacted maintenance to have the technician come out to inspect all gas-fired equipment.
7/31/2025: After miscommunication between the facility and the plumber, and back-and-forth communication between myself and the facility, I stopped by the facility to inquire about the status of the gas-fired equipment inspections. The manager actually found the completed forms in filing and provided copies of them, which I have added the facility's physical file. This violation has been corrected
