7/31/2025: After miscommunication between the facility and the plumber, and back-and-forth communication between myself and the facility, I stopped by the facility to inquire about the status of the gas-fired equipment inspections. The manager actually found the completed forms in filing and provided copies of them, which I have added the facility's physical file. This violation has been corrected
