At time of inspection, observed mold-like growth and buildup in numerous rooms (Room 203: mold-like growth on ceiling and on pillowcases; Room 207: mold-like growth on ceiling above the window and on pillowcases; Room 319: mold-like growth on the carpet; Room 116: mold-like growth on ceiling above window; Room 122: mold-like growth on the carpet). Facility appears to have extensive moisture/ventilation issues. All rooms where mold-like growth is observed must be closed to guests and must be assessed and remediated by a licensed professional. The rooms listed above and any other affected rooms must be closed to guests, until moisture/ventilation issues have been resolved and the rooms have been inspected. Recommend consulting a professional regarding the ventilation of the facility, to determine what may be causing the excessive moisture issues.


8/12/2025: Visited facility and spoke with the General Manager (GM). GM confirmed that the affected rooms are blocked as "out-of-order" and will remain closed, until the moisture/ventilation issues have been resolved and the affected rooms have been professionally remediated. GM states that they believe the A/C units are causing the issues, so they are getting quotes to replace the A/C units. GM states he will contact EH Office for inspection, before re-opening the rooms
