Verified that facility uses high-temp. warewashing machine for sanitization of all dishes, and will not use 3-compartment sink for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes/equipment, until the designated handwashing sink has been installed and the 3-compartment sink is no longer being used for handwashing (at time of hand sink installation, remove hand soap and paper towel dispensers from 3-compartment sink area).
