4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
observed sanitizer sink and sanitizer buckets with no presence of sanitizing agents. CA-facility sanitizer distributor not working properly and needs repair. COS-facility added extra tabs to increase sanitizing concentration, will use high temp dishwasher until repaired.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

observed raw chicken with use by date of 04/26/2026 observed turkey with prep date of 04/15/2026. COS-both items past disposition date, removed and disposed of.
