observed no hand soap present at hand washing sink. COS-soap placed at sink at time of inspection.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
observed items in walk in cooler and reach in cooler with no date marking present. ca-place prep date/date removed from original packaging on items and use/dispose of within 7 days of such date.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored

observed wiping cloth sitting on counter air drying, cos-removed to be placed in sanitizer buckets.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

observed ceiling encrusted with grease/dust in some parts and drooping in one location with water dripping (not above food contact area) ca-repair/replace/clean ceiling thoroughly
