Observed tomatoes placed on service line without TPH sticker on container and another container of tomatoes with TPH sticker exceeding 70F. CA: TPHC items must be properly labeled with discard time and must not exceed 70F. COS: PIC placed stickers on TPHC foods & discarded out of temp food

Observed freshly sliced tomatoes in WIC improperly cooling with tight wrapping on containers & internal temp of 66F & 48F. CA: Allow TCS foods to properly cool to 41F before lidding containers.
