Observed black organic matter on soda nozzles. CA: Clean & sanitize. Will follow up

Observed tuna prepared on 9/29/25 cooling improperly in a lidded container with an internal temp of 48F. CA: Cool foods in shallow unlidded containers.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Observed WIC leaking water. Foods were not in contact with water. CA: Repair to not leak.
