Observed box of plastic wrap blocking handwashing sink by WIF. All handwashing stations shall be unobstructed, properly stocked, and in working order for the use of handwashing only at all times. COS. Plastic wrap was moved to proper storage location.

Observed ice accumulating around door seal of WIF preventing it from closing properly. Freezer was maintaining proper temperature at time of inspection. All coolers/freezers shall be constructed to close and seal to maintain appropriate temperature and prevent contamination.
