EHS observed several items stored in the walk-in cooler past their "use by" date, including: three individual packs and an entire case of "Diablo Buffalo Sauce" use by 01/11/26; three individual packs of "creamy ranch sauce" used by of 03/22/26.
511-6-1.04(8)(b) - Expired Foods (P) (b) Expired Foods. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. P
CA: EHS advised the PIC of the items and they were immediately discarded.

EHS observed the most current inspection report not displayed for public view. The inspection report on display was performed on 03/26/25 and resulted in a grade of 100; however, the most recent report was performed on 10/05/25 with a grade of 95.
511-6-1.02(1)(d) - Displaying of the Inspection Report (C)
- The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
CA: EHS advised the PIC that the resulting inspection report from today's inspection should be posted for public view; the most recent inspection report is to be displayed at all times.
