EHS observed flow meter not functioning. Violation: A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. The flow indicator shall be capable of measuring from one-half to at least one and one-half times the design flow rate. The gauge shall be located after the filtering equipment and in such location on the return line, so as to measure the total amount of water returning to the pool according to the manufacturer’s installation specifications. CA: repair or replace flow meter.

EHS observed ring buoy at facility however no rope was attached appeared to have frayed and broken. Violation: minimum 1/4" diameter throwing rope that is 1.5x maximum width or 50' whichever is less shall be attached to ring buoy. CA: attach new rope to buoy.

Chapter 511-3-5.17(2) Chemical Values. EHS observed alkalinity at 42 ppm. Violation: alkalinity shall be between 60 and 180 ppm. CA: increase alkalinity to minimum of 60 ppm.
