2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Violation: 1. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Pf 2. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Pf Inspector note: EHS observed a handwashing station with utensils in the sink. Corrective action: PIC immediately removed utensils.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Violation: 1. Food packaged in a food service establishment, shall be labeled as specified in law, including 21 CFR 101- Food labeling, and 9 CFR 317 Labeling, marking devices, and containers. Inspector note: EHS observed bulk containers for sugar and starch without labeling. Corrective action: PIC will ensure to rewrite label for containers.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Violation: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Inspector note: EHS observed debris accumulation on bulk containers in storage area. Corrective action: EHS instructed PIC to clean bulk containers or remove from premises if no longer using.
