EHS observed that facility does not have a verifiable method of informing employees of health reporting responsibility.
Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food.
PIC to obtain appropriate reporting methodology.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
EHS observed:
-bag of nadiyadi, miscellaneous employee foods stored along with customer sprinkles in dry storage area in back of house.
Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions.
PIC to designate and maintain appropriately separate employee area for storage.
