EHS observed handwash station did not have a hand drying provision or soap.
Both cleanser and an appropriate hand drying provision must be available to each handwash station at all times.

EHS observed multiple unlabeled bottles with fluids under slushy machine. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

EHS observed multitude of apparent fruit flies in drains in facility.
The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by:
