EHS observed interior baffle of bulk ice maker with black bluildup on leading edge.
Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
PIC burned ice; sanitized machine.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
EHS observes bucket stored on ready rack with cracked rim.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair.
PIC discarded.
