Observed employee handle raw beef and chicken in the main kitchen then plated ready to eat chips without washing hands. CA, Hands shall be washed between the handling of raw food items and other foods. COS, PIC had the employee wash hands.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed several utensils and a rag stored in the handwash sink in the main kitchen. Handwashing sinks are for handwashing only. COS, PIC removed the items and educated employees.
