Observed build-up of debris and grease on nonfood-contact surfaces of hot holding equipment, chip holder area, clean dish rack, reach in cooler, and exterior of warmers. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. All areas shall be thoroughly cleaned.

Observed several cleaned dishes with food debris/grease on interior and exterior surfaces on metal shelf in dish washing area. Dishes were rewashed and sanitized during inspection. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Corrected On-Site.

Observed multiple nonfood contact surfaces with build up of debris and not clean to sight and touch (exterior of holding equipment, equipment handles, exterior of drink dispensers, exterior of cooking equipment etc.). CA: Clean non food contact surfaces immediately and on a regular basis to prevent build up of debris and where they are clean to sight and touch.

Observed Time/Temperature Controlled for Safety (TCS) food items that are labeled as "keep refrigerated" were not discarded per the manufactures expiration date or sell by date. Two boxes of diced tomatoes with a use by date of 8/8/24 were discarded by PIC.
