Observed personal food items stored in coolers and in shelving units with no separation from restaurant food. CA: Instructed PIC to place personal food items in a container with lid, labeled as "Personal" or "Employee Use", and to keep the container on a bottom shelf in the cooler. PIC immediately moved the food items to a container in the correct area

Observed two hand sinks that were not equipped with any means of drying washed hands. CA: PIC immediately stocked sinks with paper towels.

Observed potentially hazardous TCS food (hot dogs) held passed it's 7 day expiration. Observed several foods that were prepped earlier in the day that were labelled for 8 days. CA: Discussed with PIC. Hot dogs were discarded. Dates were corrected to reflect 7 days (day of opening/prep + 6 for a total of 7 days).
