Basic - Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Observed handwash sink to left of kitchen entrance with Sheryl slow draining water.

Intermediate - Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served. Observed no dates on some tags.

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Emailed operator copy of fluid clean up flyer. Operator posted in kitchen during inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemical spray bottle on top of refrigerator in kitchen area.

Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed co2 tank by both drink machines no secured properly.

Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters not covered or inverted for protection by drink machine.
