High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dishwasher machine with 0ppm. Per Operator: using three compartment sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize and will not use dishwasher machine until repaired and sanitizer is at 50ppm.
