Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed grease buildup/food debris on floor under equipment throughout kitchen.

Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed food debris inside microwave.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, or dust. Observed reach in cooler located left side of food line with food debris in door tracks. Observed grease buildup on hood above cook line. Observed rust on the right side of prep table located beside cook line.

Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed uncovered diced ham and uncovered frozen biscuits inside chest freezers located in dry storage area.

Basic - Wall not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, warewashing areas or bathroom. Observed in dry storage area, left side of room has non-sealed wood on wall around window A/C unit and right side of room has cardboard affixed to wall.

High Priority - Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. Cook discarded eggs at time of stop sale. Repeat Violation

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Chemical hand soap stored under boxes of macaroni and cheese.
