High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Raw chicken 47F, mac and cheese 47F inside stand up refrigerator inside prep room. Manager stated in and out of cooler within last 2 hours. Cooler used is not showing ability to maintain temperature control. Manager moved to other holding unit /freezerand called for service technician. Corrective Action Taken
