Employee at cookline touched his hat with gloved hands, then flipped tortillas on the grill with the same gloved hand. Inspector had the emoloyee wash hands and put on new gloves during this inspection. Corrective Action Taken

This is the same employee who was listed as the manager on duty during the last inspection conducted on 08/14/2025.
Intermediate - Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. Handwash sink in bar area removed from designated location indicated on the approved floor plan. The bar does have one other handwash sink in the bar that is not indicated on the floor plan and completely nonfunctional. Warning
