Intermediate - Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils or produce when using a chemical sanitizer. Missing test kit for veggie wash, employee using veggie wash during inspection.

Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Unwashed strawberries and blueberries stored over bags of cut chicken in walk in cooler.

High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed employee on the main cook line handling personal phone then prepare a smoothie without first washing hands.

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Grey deflector plate inside the bulk ice bin has mold like substance spots across the top of the deflector.

Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. License currently displayed in the hallway shadow box is expired from 06/01/2023. Operator found and displayed the current license for 2024. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Wet mop stored with the mop head in the mop sink. Operator hung the mop to dry. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Records/documents for required employee training do not contain all of the required information. At time of inspection some employee food handler training certificates have incorrect expiration dates, food handler certificates with more than three years listed from issue date.

Basic - Dumpster overflowing garbage. Shared dumpster lid open, bags overflowing the dumpster, operator states dumpster normally picked up on Wednesday.

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On the metal storage shelf over the prep station opposite the bulk ice bin, clean plastic containers stacked while wet.

Basic - Food stored on floor. At time of inspection, case of spinach stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Operator relocated the spinach to the proper storage shelf. Corrected On-Site
